The above chart shows the overall rhythm that we expect for the U.S. equity markets for the balance of 2006 into early 2007. This is based both on pi cycle work and Fibonacci rhythms.

Within this rhythm, we would not be surprised to see a minor low into late May, with a bounce into the 06-06-06 PEI date. Thereafter, the true nastiness of the summer should begin.
